Rosies – Friends on the Street

Rosies – Friends on the Street aims to provide unconditional acceptance and support to those socially isolated and/or homeless. Whether it’s a simple cup of tea, a blanket or just someone to talk to, the volunteers at Rosies create connection in the community.

Rochedale Tigers Junior Rugby League Club

The Rochedale Tigers Junior Rugby League Club have been kicking goals for over 45 years and operated 100% by volunteers. They hope to provide uniforms and assist with club fees for families suffering from financial hardship and those underprivileged.

Rochedale Rovers Netball Club

The Rochedale Rovers Netball Club are one of the founding clubs of the Underwood Netball Association, which is turning 50 years old this year. With the new season underway, they require new training equipment essential to their game.

Fishers of Men

Fishers of Men have served the local community since 2004, offering over 800 nutritious meals per week to those experiencing food insecurity. In addition to their food outreach program, Fishers of Men also support males in the community recovering from addiction.

Kingston East Neighbourhood Group Inc

Kingston East Neighbourhood Group (KENG) have been providing programs and services to the local community for over 40 years. They remain focused on running their Wilbert the Worm Program this year, promoting the benefits of reading, literacy and numeracy in the early years of childhood.

We’ve received huge support from local community groups applying for Local Give Back this year, and now it’s over to you to help us decide our grant recipients!
