Welcome to F45 – Team Training – Life Changing, where Innovation and Motivation = RESULTS.

The 'F' stands for Functional Training, a mix of Circuit and Hiit style workouts geared towards everyday movement.

The '45' stands for the total amount of time for sweat dripping, heart pumping fun. We aim to burn 750 calories per 45 minute sessions.
